Witness in Bloom

Witness in Bloom is a digital museum built around three testimonies. Vasfije Krasniqi, Shyrete Tahiri and Ramadan Nishori survived torture and sexual violence during the war in Kosovo, and chose to speak. Their words are presented here without commentary, in their own voice.

Around them stands a field of thousands of unnamed flowers: those who endured and did not, or could not, speak. As you listen, the field slowly gains colour. It blooms in proportion to what has been heard, never on its own.

This is a space of witness rather than explanation. Take your time. Listening is what the museum asks of you.
